What size rim for 165 r15 ?

Hey what is the widest rim to put a 165r15 on ( is this what i want anyway ?)? I wa gonna run 275 or 255 60 15 in the back, and this looks like the most common skinny ? What would be the best offset for the front also ?

And/or with that back tire if i ran a 15x7 rim in the front what size tire would compliment the rear ?

i have my 165 on a 15x4. if you go with a 275/60 in the rear that tire is about 28 inches tall a 165 tire is only 26 inches tall. If you go with a 15x7 in the front i would run a 215/70. The tire is almost 27 inches tall so it would still look good. Some one may correct me but thats ok. I dont know everything just leanding my hand. Good luck!!
