Wheel back spacing?

I believe I've asked this question before, but its been a while back and can't remember the right backspacing for my rear wheels? I'm going to buy 15x8 weld racing pro-stars and couldn't remember if it was a 3 1/2 or 4 1/2 back spacing? To give a little more info, I have NOT notched the frame, but will probly end up rolling the fenders.
Also, is it possible to run a 28" tire without notching the frame?

4" would seem to tuck them nicely. I have 4.25" on my car right now and they rub a little but not bad.

In that case I'll have to buy 3.5 b/c I think the only option is 3.5 or 4.5 with welds. Or at least in a 15x8..Thats all I saw in JEG'S? So 3.5 with a spacer? Anyone have any pics? I would rather have the wheel/tire tucked in a little, makes the car look 100% better.

That's all Weld sells in the Pro Star line... 3.5, 4.5, 5.5, etc. You can get even b.s. in the Alumistar, but that = big $$$.

I already bought the front wheels, just wasn't sure on the BS on the rear. From the looks of the front wheels, I'll probly end up with spacers on them as well to make it look right. They set in a little farther than what I like.

Thanks guys! ;)
I ordered my wheels today, should be in tuesday. I'll try my best to post up some pics of the car with wheels/tires all the way around.
