Go to http://www.toolweb.com.
They have a kit with 4 different sized sockets designed to remove locking lugs. Kit number is LT14240 $70.00 I am sure there are multiple other types of kit like this out there.

Other than that, you're looking at splitting the nut with a chisel-prefferably air powered-be careful if you are trying to save the rims.

Check your local tire place, they often have a bunch of keys to open the various types of wheel locks.

Otherwise, take a cheapie 12pt socket that is slightly smaller than the lugnut, hammer it on, then break the lugnut off.

we had a vw in the other day that had splined locks on it and i welded the stripped out key to the lug bolt and had to use a breaker bar to get it loose
every impact in the shop wouldnt touch it

we have also welded various things to get stripped lugs off
