I dont see why not. I run 15X8 rims on the front of the El Camino with 215/65/15 tires with no rubbing. Doug

you can do it. We've done it on a 78 malibu. Just watch the offset (or backsapcing) on a 15 by 8. With a 4.5 bs or 0mm offset the rim is very close to the ball joint. My avatar is 15 x 8 American Racing ansen sprints 4.5" B.S. with 245 60's on front. The backs are the same wheel but with 275's.

My question is what brand did you get. Im going to run 235/60/15 up front also. I wanted goodrich radial ta s but i was told they cant be found even if I back order.What other brands do you guys like?
