Ok 17x8's all around with the car dropped an inch.

Any rubbing?

It all depends on wheel backspace and tire size.
This combo will look great with no rubbing:

17X8 4.5" backspace with a 245/45R17 tire up front
17X8 4" backspace with a 255/45R17 tire in the rear
