window pulls the rubber

I installed new door rubber on my sons MC now when you roll the windows down it rolls the rubber over, in the backof the door, and tries to pull the rubber all the way off.
Any ideas???

1) Lube the rubber with silicone paste
2) Remove door trim panel, and adjust glass guide to give just a hair more room to the rubber. Not a lot, just a hair.

Adjusting the glass is huge. It is a pain, but the window and door fit and operate so much better afterwords.
