Windsheild wipers wont turn off.

Wipers wont turn off. They change speeds but wont turn off. They're unplugged for now but hoping to get this resolved.

Hey Aaron. Check the ground. Run a jumper wire from the wiper motor to a good ground and check that all the bolts are there and tight. The bottom bolt is used for the ground. I test a few wiper motors I sold and with out the bottom bolt the wipers would n`t return to the bottom of the windshield they would stop where ever they were when they are stop.
