Ok, I have a set of 15x9 ralley wheels. The back spacing is 4", and I'm trying to figure out what the biggest tire I can fit will be. I want to run in the street legal class so ET Streets or the Hosier's will be what I put on it. I don't want a lot of tire sticking out the side, I would rather hide as much as I can on the inside without hitting frame rail. I have no problems shaving the fender lip for clearance. I am reading a lot of people using 28x10.5's. Can anyone help me?????

Hey Bud,
As far as I know there's no such thing as a 9" wide Ralley rim unless it's been custom made, could be you're measuring wrong, inside bead to inside bead is where you should measure and if you measure outside to outside you may get that 9" you say you have,I don't know about slicks but I do have 15x8" street tricks w/4" backspace w/ 1/4"
spacers and 275/60-15 Kelley's that sits pretty low clears everything
unless you get real stupid,Good Luck,KillerDave

They very well could be 15x8's and I measured wrong. I believe the backspacing is 4", but I could be incorrect about that too. Not sure if those wheels work or not????????? I have 15x7's for the front, not sure about backspacing on those.
