3.8 to 3.8 turbo swap?

My wagon has the 3.8 in it now. I just picked up a complete (manifolds, turbo, etc) 3.8 turbo motor; minus the wires.

What do I need to swap it in? Obviosly a turbo wiring harness and ECU... anything else?

Ok, looks like I can get a full uncut harness for around $200.

I'm also thinking about Megasquirting it, as I have that on my MR2 and I love it!
