3 speed auto to 4 speed turbo...

I got a 350 4bolt engine rebuilt and its sitting in my garage next to my brothers 4 speed turbo and im wondering what do i need to do to be able to use the turbo trans.. My car right now has a 305 3 speed auto and before i drop the new engine in, i want to drop it in with a better transmission so im wondering what exactly i would have to do for the turbo trans. Im not to sure about what type of transmission it is tho so i dont know if that helps but im basically asking what modifications do i need to do.
