I have mine mounted upsidedown and the pass side hit the AC box. Not sure if my engine mounts are different than most, I used all the stock malibu mounts with the aluminum adapter on the block so everything would bolt up.
I have been running the truck manifolds upsidedown on my truck since 2003 with good results. It has cracked two manifolds in 86,000 miles.
