What are the options for running just a alternator and water pump on a 6.0 in a strip only car?

What are the options for running just a alternator and water pump on a 6.0 in a strip only car?

trim the alt/powersteering pump bracket and mount a pulley. I just went to the junkyard for a 5.00 pulley and made a plate to mount it in place of the power steering.

im running the corvette system with out ps pump just need a smaller belt plain and simple
