9" brake drums weight[s]

We have been making some changes on our Mustang. The old ones are the heavy finned drum, things weighed 24lbs a piece. got into an old brake catalog and found the lightest by shipping weight that i could for a 9". The 68 Galaxie drums are 17lbs. ea.
So a total of 14lbs. of rotational weight. So maybe a little more power to the ground. Thought it might be of use.

Also I had to grind the inside lip of the drum so the axle would fit.

What diameter are these drums.

I have 11 inch drums on my 9 inch and will weight them asap.

Have to drill for chevy bolt pattern axles.
