I'm running the Coy C5's myself. 17x8 with 4.5 backspace all around. The last time I talked to them they didn't keep the 4in backspace in stock, that could have changed since they expanded though. With the 17x7 i'd go no more than a 4in backspace otherwise it will look really tucked in.
As far as tires, a 255/50 is gonna be kinda tall 27 inches. Then your front tire is only 25. I would go with a 255/45 in the rear at 26 inches. But that is just my opinion. And i'm running 235/50(just because I already had them), i'd prefer a wider but no taller tire myself.

By the way, I might be selling mine. They are flat black though. Depending on where you live, the shipping might be better than Coys offers. PM me if your at all interested.

the reason i was looking at the 255-50s is they list them at 27 inch tall and my 255-60-15 list at 27 inches tall and when i mounted them on 15x8 ralleys they wer barley or 26 inches tall and i didnt now what the 50 seris 17s would be when they wer monted on a 8 inch wheel .i live in wester north caralinia
