Ball joint boot

I bought a set of the speedway upper control arms with screw in ball joints. I put everything together and I noticed with the spindle (all bolted together) hanging the ball joint boot does not fit around the back tight and there is a gap. When the weight of the car is on the tire/spindle will the boot fit right or do I have a problem? The boot is new and is what came with the new ball joints.

That ball joint mounting angle isn't even close to right. Those arms need a redesign... It will be better with weight on the front end, but still...

A question for everyone. The new ball joint are a 7 degree design if I go back to stock control arms are there any ball joints that will fit stock control arms but have a 7 degree seat?
