Lower Ball joint for B spindles

Hi, What lower tall ball joint is being used with the B spindles on an 87 elco.I have not found the correct one yet. Moog k6117? Can't find a parts store that stocks 1 so i can measure the lower housing to see if it can be turned down to fit?? The auto zone ones are cheap crap and are smaller diamater, They also have 3 different ones that cross over tok6117 but are not right?? HELP!

The g-body lower ball joint works with the b-body spindle.

I know the stock ones will work . I want the 3/8" the tall joints will give. I found someting that will work that is not too expensive. Lefthanderchassis.com 081-1264 joint with 815-389-9999 adaptor with the outside diamater cut down 0.095" to fit the stock a arm dimension of 2.090". If anyone knows of any other solution please respond.

What are you needing the 3/8" for? Fixing bumpsteer? Or are you trying to acomplish something else?

yes mostly bump steer, but also better camber angles during turns
