how do you check your master cylinder and brake booster? my pedal goes all the way to the floor but the light isnt on. i have new wheel cylinders and proportional valve.

Sounds like your master cylinder is at fault as long as you don't have any leaks and you bled the brakes. Were you able to do a good bleed when you replaced those parts?
Sounds like the MC to me, not the booster. If I'm not mistaken the booster fails the brakes are real hard.
