Comp Cams RETRO Hyd. SBC Roller Lifters ???'s

I have a set of older version Comp Cams Retro Hyd. Roller lifters for a SBC(part#853-16) and ordered some replacement ones of the same Comp Cams part number and they seem to look different than the older ones they have the wheels more exposed,have black stripes and black cutouts on the tops and they do not have the snap rings in the top of the lifters does anyone know if these are a NEWER version of the Comp Cams 853-2 Hyd. RETRO Roller Lifters?THANKS

Those are the new short travel hyd. rollers, I made the switch last year. Found out the hard way that the new ones are .200 taller. You will need shorter pushrods. I had to go from 7.4" to 7.2" length. I believe the part # is 15853-16 on the new ones. Supposed to be higher RPM potential with the shorter travel.

So are the comp cams 15853 short travel hyd roller lifters all black or are they silver with black rings in the middle and black cutouts on the link bars? Thanks
