Long link I know! Cragar stuff got split up years ago, they still sell their Classic stuff, but everything else got taken over by another couple of wheel companies. Weld bought back the rights to the Drag Star and Superlite, so I don't think you'll find the aluminum version of the Street Stars from Cragar. Remember the street Stars are chrome steel.

Those are nice, thanks lilwill and nosman for the links.

My car is going to be mostly street and some track, I like the chrome for shine and ease of care.

Wonder why the 4 1/2" cragars are more expensive than the 10" wheel they make of the same model ?

I like the welds too but I have had aluminum wheels before and after a couple years the shine just wasn't the same, i'm not sure i want to chance it again.

I noticed too that it says to use LONG wheel studs for the welds, I can't use my stock studs ?

Anyone have a link for the longer gm studs ?

I got the rims and they are nice. Is there a trim ring that fits a 5 inch rim like mine for a Rally? There is no more then 1" of space for it.

I found a trim ring that is 1 5/8" . I suppose I was just lazy and did not want to look too hard. Stainless steel and shiny.. woohoo.

I will post a pic of the car with the rims SOON.

I was looking at the rims today and there is a stamp inside that says 15x4. Where do you measure the rim from? Is it taken inside the lip where the bead would rest? The rim is 5" if you measure from the outside of the rim from side to side. I am assuming that the 15x4 measurement is accurate, and if so how skinny of a tire can I put on this rim to give it that 'drag' look?

I ran 205/70s on 5" draglites before. Looks good, not too wide.
