How much lift will stock LS springs take?

I was wondering if anyone had an idea if I can run a 540 lift cam with stock springs?

I'm not 100% but I don't think so. The reason why I say is the LS6 cam is like .550 lift and you have to upgrade the springs to accommodate one.

Factory LS6 springs aren't very much though if you have to buy them.
