I have been doing some research on ls and nos. I have found a good amount of people using a 300 shot and the engine is holding but a couple of people shot it with 400 and after the hit is was a parts scattered.

I'd say 150 is what most do. If it were mine anything over would be getting rod bolts

Like everyone else said, 150 all day long if you get the timing turned back and run the right plug.

I have a friend that hit his iron block 6.0L with a 300 direct port shot. Not a plate, but with foggers at each port

coming from the f and y body world I have seen these things hold 300 shots for way longer than you would think. then on the flip side someone hits it wtih 200 and we carry it home in a grocery bag. I would safely say 150 is the most I would use.

All in the tune, my friend using a stand alone tank to feed the N2O setup. He has sprayed it many times with the right timing pulled and correct amount of fuel they will live.
