looking for hp and 1/4 est on new build

Hey guys, putting my monte back together and looking for any hp/quarter mile est.
Its a 355 4 bolt with a steel crank and gm pink rods. Pistons are keith black flat tops with 10:1 compression. The lower end is balanced. The cam is a comp cam with .490/.500 lift duration 278/292 234/244 @ .50. The heads are pro topline 200cc with 2.08/1.60 valves and the heads have been gone through and cleaned up by a very reputable shop. The intake is a performer rpm with 1.6 roller rockers. Holley 750 and hei ignition with msd 6400 box. Long tube headers with pypes race pro system. Turbo 400 with 3k stall and shift kit. ford 9 inch with 4.56 gears and a spool. in an 86 monte ss with heating/ac system removed. car is on m/t et street bias plys 26 inch tire. Guesses?

I say you will need a bigger stall. I used a 3000 on my first try and it fell on it's face bad. I put in a 3800 and it woke up but have been told I should have used at least a 4000. With 4:56 gears and 26 inch tires that thing should get out of the hole, with the right stall. Is the .490/.500 lift w/ or w/o the 1.6 rockers?

It should run low low 12's or maybe hi 11's (change that stall)

the lift is with a 1.5 rocker so the lift will be higher
