Ive used outdoor carpet from home depot before its cheap and light and when it gets trashed just cut up some more!

Speaker carpeting from Parts Express, here. They also sell a latex-backed version which you can use in the higher wear areas.

I about flipped when I saw 238 bucks for 78-88 El Camino carpet.
Then I saw it was 5 different pieces including door pannels lol
