Manual Brakes

I am thinking of going to manual barkes. Because I going to run a blower and I don't no if the power brake will work very good. Are there cars out there that have manul brakes so I can get the parts. Or do you just remove the vac booster. What do I do to change from vac. to manual........
I should tell you that I have disc. brakes on the front and rear.
