In my 81 Project im running Baer 6piston front calipers.. 4 piston rears.

1) will the factory master cylinder in new form be sufficient?
2) do i need to go thru the factory proportion valve, or can i change it out for a wilwood prop valve with brake light switch built in.
3) what size line should i run from proportioning valve to rear T line on diff, keeping in mind im running an in-line hydraulic handbrake setup in the middle of this line on its way back.

You need a disc/disc master cylinder & a disc/disc combo valve. The stocker master won't supply enough volume to the rear calipers & the proportioning & basing on a stock combo, valve will be off. I'd get Baer's recommendation on sizes...
