Isnt the oil presure switch the one next to the distributre? Im trying to do my intake carb swap and to get power for the electric choke I was going to tap into the oil switch. Just with the kids bugging me and having to stop 3 times to run for junk for them I locked up and cant think](*,)
What wire off the alt? I have a single red and then I have a red and it looks brown going to a common plug. I assume the red single would be the switched exciter voltage and thats where I should tap into.
Many G-bodies have a dedicated choke wire. IIRC, it's brown. If you don't, you want to tie into a circuit that's only hot with the ignition key in the "run' position.
