Newbie Nitrous Question

First timer with nitrous....usually run superchargers but had some bad luck and now i'm gonna use what i have laying around to race this year....I have a 6' rodded all forged 355 chevy, ported performer rpm alum heads, comp solid roller cam, rpm airgap intake, mallory unilight dist 6al box, 750 dbl pumper and a zex perimiter nitrous kit...13/4 hooker sc and 3' exhaust with xpipe.........besides backing off the timing , is there anything i should watch for or maybe change?...new to this nitrous stuff and have alot of Q's..........thanks in advance.... :-k

depending on how much nitrous I recomend running a colder spark plug........

I would leave the timing as it is and install a nitrous retard system that retards the timing when you activate the system

this works good for a single stage.
I had one i wasnt running a lockout distributor so i didnt use the
start retard.
