How bout a 4.8, how much power difference between that and a 5.3 with a gt45?

They're the same block, I believe just shorter stroke... probably similar to 350 to a 383.

gen 3 LR4 is 3.78x3.27 years 99-06
gen 4 LY2 is 3.8x3.3 years 07-pressent

the 5300 is 3.78x3.622 all years

the 6000 is 4.0x3.622

the fairmont is cool, but a $1000 turbo and $1500 plus in transmission stuff is hardly a budget build
