Problem with my new brakes...help

My entire system is new ...Wilwood tandem MC, Wilwood 4wheel discs ,proportioning valve...Ok,the problem is when the brakes are applied the rears lock up and the only way to un-stick them is too crack the fitting at the master any ideas??Thanks

Are the hoses new, too? Sometimes old hoses will "stick" shut & the fluid doesn't return to the master, causing the brakes to stick or drag.
