Quarter window trim help

I need some help removing the lower rear quarter glass chrome trim from my 79 Landau. Can someone give me a lesson on getting these off w/o ruining them? Also, is there a slick way to remove the inside rear trim under the back glass (at the rear of the package tray)?

If you are removing the outside lower quarter window felts, The window needs to come out . Theres about five or six screws the hold the window felts on .

So, to remove that strip of chrome trim under the rear quarter windows the actual quarter windows have to come out. That kinda sucks - but so be it. Anybody got an answer to the rear package tray lower trim part of the question????
