With the conversion UCA and more back spacing it will work.

ive got a 12 bolt out of a 66 chevelle and i had to get the 12 bolt conversion control arms and changed the back spacing on my rims.

I'm using a rear from a '65 Olds 442. Only things I needed were the 10-12 bolt upper control arm conversion kit and different back spacing on my rims. I think the rear out of a '68 is a little longer than mine is but will still work. You may need a different drive shaft also.
