Rearend swap question.

I have a possible opportunity to choose from a couple of rear ends available in town, but I am not sure they will be direct bolt-in replacements for my "80 Malibu. Can anyone help? I am terribly ignorant with regard to rearend information. I have list them below.

GM 10-bolt out of a 2000 S-10
GM 10-bolt out of a 1970 Camaro

All I want to do is bolt it in.....no shortening, etc. Please help, as I can possibly get either of these at a great price.

both of those rear ends are are out of leaf spring cars, couldn't be farther from "blot in"

spend the money and get a 12 bolt or 9 inch, you'll be much happier in the long run

I would look for a posi and a set of gears that will fit in the malibus 7.5 inch rear end.
