That or a Master Cylinder thats getting ready to take a dump. Check the rear wheel cylinders also and make sure they aren't leaking (probably could just check the level in the master cylinder if its full then they most likely aren't).

Could also just need the rear brakes adjusted, that makes a HUGE difference in pedal feel.

Could be a leaking wheel cylinder. And I would replace those rubber hoses just for peace of mind, if one of those collapses you'll lose stopping power to that wheel and can cause the car to pull to one side.
