I noticed that in the summer everything is fine but when it gets cold out it seems the lock cylinder gets real hard to turn. Is there something i can spray in there to free it up?

I have usually used a small amount of pb blaster it may or may not be right but it usually works!
Could also be the actuator rack and or possibly the ignition switch binding. Both directly linked to the lock cyl.
I was thinking about spraying some pb blaster in it but didn't know if that would freeze or not.
I was kinda thinking that some thing in there was binding but it only happens when its cold out.
