Since the center link is cast, and welding to it weakens the metal. Did you get it magnafluxed and heat treated back to its original strength? The welds look solid in the pictures by the way. Also do the adjusters hit the frame horn where the F41 bars mount to at full lock?
The B body spindle steering arm mounting hole is 6" from the lower ball joint center. The G body steering arm mount is 6 3/4" from the LBJ center if I remember correctly. Did your ackermen angle improve with this mod? Depending on the amount of caster that your running will dictate the amount of adjustment that will be needed.
Which brings me to ask what front suspension alignment settings are you guys using on your cars?

Unfortunately,Those adjustable centerlinks do not have enough adjustment to eliminate the bumpsteer issues with b-body spindles. They only give you .25" of height adjustment whereas you need around .625". I made my own adjustable centerlink to fix this.
Any thoughts of selling those? I don't have much in terms of fabrication skills, but I'd love to be able to tune out some of the inevitable bumpsteer associated with the B-body spindles used with my GW suspension stuff.

No Tommy, I never considered making them and selling them. I am too picky about building stuff for others to make it worth my time, if you know what I mean. I feel like I never did a good enough job for the customer. That is why this stuff is a hobby to me and not my career choice ](*,)

.
Well, first off, the centerlink is made of forged steel, so it welds great.
The bumpsteer studs do clear the f41 braces and the frame horn.
I never checked the ackerman, so I can't tell you on that one. It never was a concern for me. I guess if you wished to correct it you could, slightly adjust it doing this mod.

Thanks, that makes things easier once I get to the front end.
Also found a couple sites that could at least show what a decoupled torque arm setup looks like for those that don't know. Even though they are on a F body you get the idea.
