Yeah I wasnt sure which one they were talking about. I'd still like to know what kinda tire hes talking about, cause theres no way on hell that a 28x11.5 slick (13"wide) is gonna fit in the stock wheelwells, but a 28x11.5 ET Street is the same size as a 275/60/15 (11" wide). If a 15x8 w/3.5" of backspace fits then for a 15x10 you would need 4.5" of backspace to keep the tire in the same spot in relation to the wheelwell, you just have 1" more width on the frontside and backside of the wheel. Go here and you can try it and see http://www.rims-n-tires.com/rt_specs.jsp

I got this from the malibu racing tech page "wheel and tire fitment" I'm running 28x11.5 ET Streets with 8.5" wheels w/ 3.375 back spacing. No
cutting or rolling and I have 1/2" per side with no problems. I think you could
fit the Hooser 28x11.5 which is 29" tall and has a 1.2" wider footprint than
the ET Street. Hope this helps." The et street slicks only call for an 8" rim according to jegs catalog, I would just run an 8" rim with 3.5"bs. Sec width on that tire is 10.9". Once before i tried to fit a 275/60 drag radial on my bu, tire had an 11.1" sec i put them on a chevy 7" ralley with 4.5"bs and it would rub the frame rail. If u do run the 10" rim u might be able to run a little more backspacing than 3.5" due to the tire will not have as much sidewall buldge. On my bu i went to a 15x10 rim with 4"bs i was thinking it was 3.5". On that rim i ran a 29x11hoosier slick 13.2 sec , i had to roll my fenderlip and notch my frame.
