What has to be done to the car, and can you run them on an 8 inch rim. Also what back spacing do I need?

Chris IDV have you used this combo? Was it an ET or a Radial. I was looking for radial that is 29 tall and fits Bu's
It's on my car right now. Haven't driven it yet. I used to run a 28/12.50 Et Street. Orriginally the car had cargo springs and sat kind of high. I swaped them out for stock springs and it lowered it a little but the tire still fit. I drove around on that setup last Summer and it only rubbed slightly on the inner frame rail. Just enough to remove part of the raised letters in Mickey Thompson. I haven't driven it yet on the 295,65-15's but they fit fine. I just need to trim my lip a little more because they are a little taller. They have plenty of room between the back of the tire and frame rail.
thats with a full length frame notch, about 1/2 the frame width wise, wheel well trimming front and rear, and totaly cut the lip of the 1/4 off, and they still rub the very back of the wheel well, and very slightly on the 1/4
