i looked around for the answer but it was unclear i just got a pair of 15x10 tela stars with 5 bs i am mini tubbing my 1979 malibu i have the stock rearend is this the right bs will they fit with the mini tub done. thank you

If your notching the frame they should....really depends on the tire you plan and ride height.

I JUST DID A FRAME NOTCH AND MINI TUB ON MY 79 MALIBU...I HAVE A STOCK LENGTH MOSER BOLT IN 9'' I HAVE A 15X10 WITH A 5.5 INCH BACKSPACE WITH A 315 DRAG RADIAL TUCKED UNDER THE CAR ...I HAD TO TRIM THE WHEEL WELL LIP ALSO...I ALSO HAD TO TRIM THE PASS. SIDE AXLE HOUSING 3/8'' THEY FIT NICE......... :mrgreen:

DEPENDS ON WHAT TIRE YOU USE ALSO, I HAD TO DO A PRETTY BIG NOTCH TO FIT THE 315's........GOOD LUCK.....

i am running a 29x15x10.5w what did you mean trimmed the axle housing what part????

87MonteSS,mini tub,frame notch,lip roll,and still have 1in.to spare with a 325/50/15 5.5in. backspace.I did a deeeeep frame rail notch because the car is caged and has a big anti roll bar to stiffen it up.

I MEAN I CUT THE HOUSING END OFF AND MOVED IT IN 3/8 OF AN INCH BECAUSE THE THE REAR IS A LITTLE OFF SET TO THE PASS. SIDE..

i kinda have the same question,, im fixin to put a set of 29.5-10.5-15 M/T drag slicks on my regal i have a 15-8 1/2 wheel with what i thought messared 4 3/4 backspace how much frame do i need to notch.

Im doing a very deep notch and a mini tub with taking the inner and outer tub out and rolling the lip.Whats the biggest wheel i can run and be able to drop the car about 2 inches and tuck the wheels in the quarters?What size rim,bs,and tire combo???

I WAS ABLE TO FIT A 315 ON A 10'' RIM 5.5'' BS WITH A LITTLE ROOM TO SPARE...
