I am putting 12M 1.5 studs in the stock axles in the rear. is it ok to drill the stud holes out larger and if so what size should i drill them to? thanks!

Screw in studs or splined?
You drill the holes and you won't have any splines on the holes and the studs will eventually spin while taking off or tightening the lugnuts.
