will a 6.5 inch back space fit with a full notch to the inner skin with a stock width rear... The rears that I want to buy skip past 5.5... I have some 5.5 draglites but the centers are too thick for my 5/8's studs... So I thought instead of spending another 90$ on longer wheels studs I could sell my 15x10 5.5's and order the matching convo pros for the rear ( I already have some convo fronts) Any help would be appreciated...

Re: backspace question with a full notch...

I just measured with 28x10.5's on a 15x10 with 5.5 bs there is 46 inches between the 2 closest points... so if anyone with a full notch can tell me if there is 44 inches worth of space it would be appreciated...

did the shock mounts recess into the wheel... I know with a 5.5 it barely sits into the wheel...

They are back in there but I don't see why a shock wouldn't bolt on I have a piece of 1" square tubing with a hole drilled in it in place of a shock to hold My car up.

well I have some parts coming in tommorow I will try to finish the notches and get some measurements... how much space is between your tires at the closest point (sidewall to sidewall) you have a 10.5 on a 6.5bs correct...

I have a 6.25" back spacing wheel on a 10" rim with a 325 radial on my car with a full notch. I think 6.5" would work with a smaller tire. I have a stock width 9" in the car. You could always run a small spacer as well. My notch is all the way to the skin btw.

Pretty close. The slick always looked a little bigger to me but not sure what the measurements were because I have ran both.
