The truck intakes flow better at mid-low air demand, better for torque is my understanding.

I know that out at scoggin dickeys that on a lot of the 427's that they build up, I dont think that there real ls7's, they use a truck intake.

its a new take off from a 6.0 truck engine. The throttle body was a brand new AC, I could have spent a few more $$ and got a 80mm but I figure the intake wont flow more then the 75mm opening.

external walbro pump, conversion AN fittings so I can use the stock lines on the intake...and a factory return line. the fuel line will be Summit twist lock..good for over 200 psi. fitting will all be 6-AN. To get it running this winter Im going to use the stock tank pickup, if everything works out Ill weld a bung on the lower rear of the tank and that will be the outlet.
