What did U do to your G-body today??

S10 ZQ8 wheels so they're all the same offset. Has the S10 OE size 235/55s on it for the time being. I like them, and they didn't break the bank!

What did U do to your G-body today??

Installed the correct (fresh) carb. Nice to have one that actually starts/idles without babysitting it. Now to find the choke wire.

Stupid question are 4 door and 2 door B pillars the same

Not even close to the same And A pillars are also different. Very little interior is shared between the 2 body styles. Dash, kick panels, filler above kick panels is about it

    Aftermarket fender problem?

Then the spring straps will fit. This is common with aftermarket (and some OE) parts...they require some "adjusting" to fit. Trim as necessary and don't look back.

    Best aftermarket brands

Goodmark is not a manufacturer, to my knowledge. Most of these parts are stamped in China by Golden Legion and others. Typically, these would be the same stamping plants that do the late model crash parts. Like anything, the time and money spent on engineering and tooling directly affects the...

    Best aftermarket brands

My experience with the aftermarket fenders has not been good, but it's been a while. Hoods I think are pretty good. OE Doors are still somewhat available around here, but the reviews I have read on the new ones sound like they're pretty good. No idea on the Camino gates, but judging from the...

    Best aftermarket brands

Depends on what you're talking about. Realistically, on most body/trim parts, there are only 1 or maybe 2 manufacturers...but many marketers. What I'm saying is that you just need to shop for delivered price on most of it. With the limited demand (big picture) for parts for these cars, not a...

    Headliner Recommendations

Recover. Some fabric stores stock the foam backed cloth in a limited selection of colors. I personally would avoid the online "specialty" suppliers, as their per yard prices are pretty steep. A local trim shop should be able to hook you up if it's a color that's not common in the fabric stores...

    Malibu Classic Body Molding

IF you had to retape the molding, Colad makes a very thin clear 2 sided tape for autobody use. I sometimes use it where a part comes off and leaves the original tape intact. Clean the side that used to be attached to the vehicle, and use the Colad. This is often the case with GM truck flares...

    Malibu Classic Body Molding

Probably a bad time to post this, then. Consider it as info for others who might want to replace the moldings. This is in "buckskin" https://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-53200-19255-0/1?icep_ff3=2&toolid=10001&campid=5338652022&icep_item=321701189984

Cool. If they don't work out, I'm pretty sure a friend has one in Oklahoma City.
