So you think a 200 cc head is to much for a SBC 400 daily driver I have Edelbrock E-TEC 200 heads on a stock bore SBC 350 engine and it pulls GREAT.

I have a stock SBC 400 complete running engine that I'm going to replace the 882 heads with some World Products Sportsman heads with 64cc 200 intake runners and 570" max lift springs,Edelbrock RPM Air Gap intake(7501) and Holley Street Avenger 670 carb what will be a GOOD cam to install in this...

The heads and intake have been changed out,the numbers on the front pad are VL021800 if that helps.THANKS

379 is stamped on the sides of the block near the freeze plugs its a complete running engine.

I looked it up but could not find anything on the 379 stamped on the block that's all I'm asking.

I already have a Performer 2101 on the engine now just want to upgrade from that and the Edelbrock carb.

no reason just think I will like the air gap better and it will work later on if I decide to upgrade the heads.

Nall i really would like to run the Holley Street Avenger 670 I hear they are GREAT for the street and considering it is a Holley carb.
