Just make sure the rest of your drivetrain will match the cam you have, at least vaguely. If you have a stock converter and highway gears with something like a TH350 and a 230º+/.525"+ cam, it'll be doggy out of the hole.

Realistically he wouldn't even need the radiator/accessories if it's only going to run for a couple minutes, just make sure there is oil and enough juice to run the computer.

Yeah, that's pushing it even for a built 7.5. You could probably swing it with street tires, but soon as you put some sticky ones on there, it's only a matter of time.

I felt the same way you did when I about tore up my flywheel because I wired a Ford solenoid wrong. It lasted a day or two, but I got through it, been drivin' the 'Bu since ;) I'm with t5 on this one. If they said it's for a G-Body and it doesn't work, it's their error.

I'm not sure how it'll be with those heads. The 268 does really well with a Vortec-headed 350 though.

Mine had isolators. They were squished (maybe uneven too?) from the previous springs so I left them out, there was an isolator in the front and rear.

Hotchkis 1902 springs all around, 205/60/15s front, 235/70/15s rear, stock replacement shocks.

The shifter is still mechanical, I wasn't talking about the TV cable, those stopped at the end of '92.
