15 x 10 with 4.5 back spacing?

15 x 10 with 4.5 back spacing? Some one told me you can run these on G-body's. Is this true. What modifications need to be done? Please help me. Thanks in advance.

Frame notch/rolled lip depending on tire size.

We have a 15 X 10 with 4 1/2 backspace 295 /65 /15 DR with a large notch and lips done but I shortened the rear axle some on each side about 3/8".
