200r4 inspection cover diffrences?

is there any reason that that plastic inspection cover off of those cars that came with the 200r4's wouldn't fit my car with the 406 instead of the 305's and the Buick v6's?it looks like it would fit but just wondering if the 400 was that different in that area where it wouldn't bolt up?i'm looking for one but not sure if any differences are present.thanks kids

Yes. If the cover was from a 1-piece rear seal car, it will be a slightly different shape. You need one from a pre-1986 car.
