275/60/15 fit without frame notch?

I was running 275/60/15s on an 8wide rim 4in backspace and it rubbed like hell around turns. But my car is also lowered on coilovers in the front and about 3 inches in the rear. I currently run a 235/60 street tire and a 235/60/15 drag radial. I doesn't look quite as aggressive but hooks just as well.
