A frame notch to the seam of the frame, roll the fender lips and run 4.5 to 5" or backspacing. Why not just put on a set of 10" et streets and roll the lips, leave the frame alone and call it a day?
If your car is stock height they will fit with a 15" X 8" wheel with 4" b.s.. You have to roll the fenderlip and its close to the frame, but they fit without notching.. Best wheel is an old Corvette rallywheel they fit perfect. If you have to have weld or centerline wheels you will have to settle for 4.5" b.s. with spacers. The wagon in the pic has 15"X8" vette rallye's all around with 295/50-15 on back and 235/60-15 on the front with no problems.
