6.0 question

I was wondering how big you can build a factory 6.0 block. Ive seen the 454 kits, but they are for the aftermarket block. So, how big can I make a factory 6.0 into with a stroker crank?

4.03" bore with 4.0" stroke = 408ci is as big as you wanna go on a stock block

Is it like the old 400 engine though, where you can build a 434 out of a stock block, but it is not really recommended?

What are the issues that you have when you go bigger than the 408 with 6.0?
is it reliability issues or clearance issues? Thx.
