barney ran a best on motor Sunday 7.21 1/8 95mph 1.56 60ft. I decided to put the 100 shot to it and well I ran 7.02 101mph 1.67 60 foot times. the tires were bouncing with the shot off the line. I ordered the bmr lower control arm brackets to improve me ic but it appears the brackets will put the lower control arms at more of an angle. I thought you were supposed to keep them parallel with the ground? Thoughts anyone?

Those brackets won't work on a car running quick, it'll hit the tires even harder than you're doing now. You just need a good adjustable shock in the back that can control the hit. A Comp. 3 way or Lakewood won't cut it and be consistent.

the rear of the car sits kinda of high i was hoping by lowering the rear it would help? i have umi adjustable uppers, tnt solid lowers, air bags, and comp 50/50 on the rear. i have to load the converter to get a decent 60ft if i leave off idle on just motor it will hop.

Lowering the car will help as well, but regardless you'll still need a good shock.

I changed my rear springs to Moroso's and put Qa1's single adjustables and my 60 ft's went from high 1.60's to 1.50's and the other night with new M/T's on the back went back to back 1.498 60's. Now i gotta just learn to get a consistant reaction time ](*,)

Hello
Like mentioned above you are going to need a good adjustable rear shock to allow you to maintain the weight over the rear when you get it to transfer. Because if the suspension unloads too fast then that's when you loss on your 60fts and start to blow the tires off. If you have any other questions feel free to ask.
Thanks
Brad :D
